How to Contact Us
If you need additional information regarding Meadows Place Baseball you can reach
any of the Board Members by email.
Any member of Meadows Place Baseball or volunteer may address the board with issues
or concerns regarding Meadows Place Baseball at our regularly scheduled board
meetings. Board meetings are held the first Monday of each month. You must
email the board secretary and request to be added to agenda at least seventy-two
hours before the next scheduled meeting. This will allow the board secretary time
to make any necessary adjustments to the agenda to ensure we have time to address
your concerns. If
you wish to attend a scheduled monthly board meeting anyone is welcome to join
us without prior notice. It always a good idea to email a board member prior to
attending a meeting to verify the date of the of the next meeting. We do not meet
on holidays.
If you have an issue that requires an immediate resolution please contact your
division
commissioner at the playing fields or phone your team coach. If
this does not provide a
resolution please email us. Below is list of board
contacts - to send mail just click on the
envelope next to their name. We
are always open to your suggestions, comments or concerns regarding Meadows Place
Baseball. Send us an email and let us know how we can help. If
you have an issue that cannot be resolved through normal channels, a grievance
may be filed through the Meadows Place Baseball Grievance Committee. Download

or pick on up in the concession area. A committee of volunteer parents will address
your complaint and recommendations will be forwarded to the board for appropriate
action. If you need additional information please contact the Grievance Committee
Liaison Officer.
